You must be at least 13 years old to use maru social. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

By using maru, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly at hang@maru.social if you suspect unauthorized use.

Be a good human. Do not use maru to harass others, share illegal content, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put our community at risk.

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on maru. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.

maru is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work hard to keep things running, but we do not guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know. Continued use of maru after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
